1] remove the memory card from the picture frame, if it is removable, then insert the card into an appropriate card reader that is connected to your computer.
2] if the picture frame came with a CD and a cable, why not read the instructions?How do you connect your flash memory card to your computer?
Look on your PC for a USB connection that fits the memory card and stick it in that slot.
