Is there an easy way to flash my Nokia 3500cb using just software?

I have been to many stores and some say they don't have the software but others do but they are way overpriced($56 CA). If there is anyone who can give me everything i need and a step by step guide on how to do it. I know my phone just came out in Canada but it will help if i know that it isn't possible at the moment. So just give me any legitimate answer.Is there an easy way to flash my Nokia 3500cb using just software?
