How do you turn off the warning flash when you set a timer on your camera?

Like you know when you put on a timer when you take group pictures and things of that nature. When you do there is a warning light that always go off. I was wondering how do i turn it off. You dont have to have the same camera as me but i have a Panasonic Digital Camera. I just want to know how you turn it off on yours so i can see if i can turn it off the same way on mines. How do you turn off the warning flash when you set a timer on your camera?
I don't think that you can.

On some cameras there is a button on the body that sets the timer, and maybe while the timer is counting down you can press it again to cancel the whole timer and warning light process.

On some other cameras of even the same brand, the timer is set by entering the MENU to set the timer, but once you press the shutter, the menu may not be accesible, until the picture is completed. In this case, just delete the bad picture later. How do you turn off the warning flash when you set a timer on your camera?
It's under settings. Go to flash settings, then go to off and hit it. It will make it so that the flash is off all the time.

You might have to go to settings and then find one related to flash or timer.
No you can't. All my cameras are like that both SLR and Digital. It flashes off as a count down.

There is only an option to change it to a 10sec delay or 2sec delay on my Panasonic.
How will you then know if the timer is set and already counting?

If you don't want the light to show, simply cover it with tape.
